Error while editing a user

Hello Box,

I am getting an error every time I try to grant access to folder for one of my employees, exact error listed below:

I tried from different browsers, still failing

Removed the user account all together and re-added the user now I am getting the following error:

There was an error while adding this user. The user was added however not all of their setting may have been applied

Please verify the settings in the edit user form
