I’m following the instructions provide here (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/ [removed by moderator] -Upgrading-Your-Box-Account ) to upgrade my Personal Pro to Business Plus. I get to Step 3 where I select the plan, then I get an error message “ There was a problem completing your request. Please try again. ” I tried these steps from two different browsers and get the same error. I’ve also already tried your standard solution of going to the pricing page.
Please provide support that will get my account upgraded. Thanks a bunch!
