Error when testing Box App

I created a Box App and got it authorised. However, When I created a box connection with Cloudpak for data and test it, its giving me below error:

 

Unable to update connection:

The connection could not be established: CDICO0100E: Connection failed: Null pointer error
 
Any help is much appreciated
