Error when changing from monthly to annual billing

I am trying to change my billing from monthly to annual and after I confirm the change I receive the message 'Your billing cycle was not updated. Please try again.' 

All my info is current and the CC info is good. I tried to contact Box Support but they said they have too many support requests to accept more support requests. Yikes.

Any thoughts?

I understand you are having trouble making changes with your account billing. This will require our Billing team to work directly with you so I went ahead and created a ticket for you for an associate to help look into this.
