Hi,

I am getting this error when trying to change ownership of a folder to another co-owner:

"This item could not be moved because it is a synced item under root" - > How to proceed?BOX3_ltf5phmBdZNnY39mhte75w.png

Here is the fix. You must use the "content" section of the admin console. Don't use the UIBOX3_01JPN1GEJYGN1ZT921ZKSFSH0E.jpegBOX3_01JPN1GEEZ8Z149VP7GE4MR39Z.jpeg
