Error when changing admin

Hi!

I am trying to transfer admin rights to my colleague, but when I open the link in the e-mail I get, the following message occurs: "You do not have the authority to confirm this admin transfer". What could be wrong here?

I have the same problem as the person above. when I open the link in the e-mail I get, the following message : "You do not have the authority to confirm this admin transfer". What could be wrong here?

I need to exit my role as admin and move to another employee very soon.

I understand that your having an issue when transferring admin privilege to another user. For this case, the current administrator's email domain, and the email domain of the managed user who will be assigned the Admin role, both need to be verified domains.


 
Upon checking, your domain that using are currently not been verified. 

 

Kindly follow the steps on this article on how to add the domain. Once done adding the domain kindly follow the steps on transferring the admin privilege here : Transferring Admin Privileges to Another User.
