We have a user unable to link our software with Box, when they try we are receiving this error but we can't see it described in the documentation. Other users are able to connect without issue.
Is there any information available on this error? The URL provided in the error doesn't exist and this error isn't mentioned on https://developer.box.com/guides/api-calls/permissions-and-errors/common-errors/#403-forbidden
