I have 2 invoices overdue. when I try to log in to box.com the site directs me to the page https://app.box.com/update and when I enter the card data to make the error payment. I've tried 3 different cards.
I have already sent several emails to the following address billing@box.com and they answer me with the link https://support.box.com/hc/requests/2680651 however to access the answer I need to login and when I try to login directs me to the page https://app.box.com/update . so I can't see the answer!!!!
Please I need to pay and recover my files. I've already recorded the error video, I've saved the error log and sent it to you and so far I don't have an answer.
