Having the same issue from today, yesterday worked well.

I understand you are not able to connect Box from Tableau due to an error and we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention.


Our engineering team has been made aware of the issue as we had reports from other customers as well, and they've advised that this issue should now be fixed. Can you please confirm, if you are still seeing this error when accessing Box from Tableau app?

 

If the issue persists, I'd recommend to reach out to Tableau support for further assistance on looking into this.

The issue is still occurring. I have restarted just to reset everthing. Currently waiting for an email with recommendations from Box support chat.


The same problem occurs to us.


We have defined "https://hoge/callback" as the OAuth 2.0 Redirect URI, but when we actually use it, we specify the user ID in the query parameter. (e.g., "https://hoge/callback?user_id=1")


When I removed the query parameter and used it for a trial, no error occurred.


Has the OAuth 2.0 Redirect URI specification changed?


Having the same issue from today.


Tableau Support recommended a rollback to a desktop version 2021.4 or earlier and I am now able to connect back to Box
