Everyone in our Account 19855602556 is getting this error when downloading files to our disc. After the message appears the user can click TRY AGAIN and it completes the download properly.
This is s corrupted disc warning. We have examined our discs and have found no issue.
I am now wondering if this is a warning on the BOX Drives.
