Receiving error "There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and cannot be repaired". This happens when I go to my PDF documents and click on the download button to put it on my PC. This does NOT happen when I print the file as PDF and save it to my PC.

We have previously seen this error message if the uploaded file to Box is corrupted. Do you have the original copy of this file? If yes, please try re-uploading it to Box.com and then see if then try again and see if the error appears.

I have the same problem. Has anyone found a solution? Reinstalling apps or files doesn't work.
