I have had several issues with box today. One error message says "unable to connect with box" and another one asked if I wanted logs sent because of issues. I logged out of box and logged back in and then fixed some issues, but others continue to persist. The main issue is that I am only able to copy select folders and others won't sync completely to be used in offline.

  • Can you confirm if this is an error from box.com or through your local Box Application? 

  • If so, what is the Operating System running in your machine and your current Box version?

  • Please attach a screenshot of your log in error.
