Error Message while completing task

Since May 13th, our team members have been receiving an error message that reads "An error has occurred while completing this task.  Please refresh the page and try again".  This message pops up when attempting to complete the task.  When we refresh the page, the task is completed.

Same here - interested to hear a resolution.  They are also getting an error that "There was a problem loading the activity feed", and also "File activity items failed to load: Tasks".  Has there been any resolution to this?
