I am trying to send a form to my client to fill out. There are a lot of fields and it is time sensitive. I keep getting an error message saying “Item Name Invalid” when attempting to send this out. For the life of me, I can not figure out which item this is referring to. I’ve gone through every item and can not see an issue with any of them. I even took out the Field Name Label for every text input. Please help!

Yes definitely! Below is the screenshot. The workflow was uploading a form and adding in signatures & fields spaces for the signer to fill out. Pretty basic.
