This has been happening for days now. Still no help from box.

So no accèss to any files since the March 1 st update I believe. Is anyone else having the same issue ?  is anyone trying to rectify this issue ? 


 

Does anyone read this ? Zero support ?? Days with no access  to files.

Are you having trouble logging in to the Box website? If so, please follow the troubleshooting steps below. 


  • Updating your browser to the latest version

  • Clearing your browser's cache

  • Using Box with an alternate browser, computer, or network. 

  • Temporarily disabling any internet security/firewall programs to test whether they conflict with Box (Note: you may need clearance or assistance from your organization’s IT department/helpdesk to do this)

  • Temporarily disabling any plugins/extensions in your browser

  • Removing unwanted extensions, plug-ins, ads, pop-ups & malware:
