Error Message in Account - Bottom left says 19.4 GB of 10.0 GB used

There is no file in the account but still there is an error message 19.4 GB of 10.0 GB used. Is it possible to reset it? So account could be used. Thanks!

    Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.

    In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.
