Error message: can't invite deactivated user to collaborate

Hi,

When I'm trying to add a user to a box folder. I get an error message: Sorry, you can not invite deactivated users to collaborate. However, her email account is active.

Please resolve this issue asap.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

Collaboration requires user log in and if the account is deactivated this error is likely to occur. You can only invite active Box account(s) so please inform your invitee to contact Box Support.
