We have invited multiple external people to collaborate as editors on a Box Folder. A few people we invited have been faced with this error message when they try to access the folder using the email invitation:

404 Not Found

  • Code: NoSuchBucket

  • Message: The specified bucket does not exist

  • BucketName: jjcloud1-box-com-2014-09-08-18-11-52-prd

  • RequestId: 3WD90ZY6QW8KCKCV

  • HostId: oBXUN/APaZvuE86ckK9ul+GTlFfE8g9JbO65QmNhc4+rUj8jjmwDj1gTuCMEuq+hrSy40Zvrn5xw0sV/xrUWginZQgm8q/4LSPIC0ssKs7Q=

 

The folder has not changed locations, and other people on their team are able to access. They also use Box internally so not sure if they means they should have an easier time accessing the folder or if this can somehow lead to more complications
