Our User setup an account in Box before being setup as a Managed User on our enterprise. Once found out they deleted this account, however we are getting this red message and cannot work out how to set they up:


There was an error inviting xxxxxx to join your enterprise. You can contact this user directly to log in to their account.


The User does not create in our Enterprise at this stage either. Help?
