error in synchronizing

Good morning, after installing the BOX, I can't synchronize it.  Please find enclosed Attachment, can you please tell me how I can solve the problem?

Hi Valentina, 

Welcome to the Box Community!

Can you please log in to Box.com and ensure that all of the folders you want to sync are marked for sync

Here is an article from our Community site that walks through this with screen-shots.

After you've marked your folders for sync, they should start syncing to your Box Sync folder. If they do not sync, exit/ quit Box Sync from your System tray and then start the app again.
