Error Generating Account Backup Codes

I have just enabled the 2FA in my account but the backup codes won't generate due to an error. I have tried several times and there is no way to get the codes.

    Brand new user... still on free trial and am having the same issue.   Has there been a resolution to this? I see it was posted 13 days ago.

    Same issue. Community doesn’t work. Like critical issue is left for long time. Box is over.
