Hi, I have been trying to integrate box with salesforce. I was able to add it as a component in two record pages, unit and case but when I want to create a new folder I get an error message saying
Folder for the request cannot be created/found.Please check configuration.
Is there anything I am missing in terms of configuration?
Can someone please explain me how to fix this?
