Error: Box "Drive's system extension failed to load"

MacOS High Sierra

have manually un-installed BoxSync as per support instructions

I get this error when i try to open BOX Drive for the first time

I've checked System Preferences / Security & Privacy / Firewall (etc)  -- find no issues.

Did ensure that Box was added to firewall connections

??

Cannot install Box Drive on iMac High Sierra 10.13.6 I followed the steps on their website but did not work (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697474-Installing-and-Updating-Box-Drive) Under system preferences > security and privacy the option to allow Box.inc does not show up
