Hi,
One of my clients is trying to access a Box folder as a collaborator, and she received an error message saying the following: 403: Your client does not have permission to get the URL.
Here's a screenshot. She already tried using a different browser and deleting cookies, but nothing worked. What other alternatives could she make so she can access it?
