I know that this is a new/old question but I am an "co-admin" user and I even clicked on the link from some of the threads which takes me to the same page "Custom Setup" but there is nothing on this page that says "Enterprise ID".

You're right. I'm seeing the same thing as a co-admin. As an admin, I would usually see the "Account Info" tab. It's a hidden tab.
If you really have to get the enterprise id, you can use FireBug and change the css class of the hidden tab and get it like this...
