Enterprise Account (Issue uploading Files)

We are attempting to only allow our Enterprise account, while blocking other Enterprise accounts and personal/Lite accounts. With the current configuration Box recommended everything works, except the file upload. 

This worked with no issues until about two months ago. Box indicates the issue is that Box Enterprise account and personal/Lite account use the same IP address for the upload feature. 

Are there any other companies that have done a similar configuration where this setup works?
