Hi,
I recently upgraded to the Box Business plan in order to get access to the "File Request" feature. After creating a file request form/link, I wanted to add additional metadata fields but it tells me that "metadata is not enabled for your enterprise" -- is there a way to enable this in my file request form? Thanks.

Metadata is a feature reserved for Business Plus, Enterprise, and Enterprise Plus accounts. It is also available on developer accounts through https://developers.box.com. To upgrade your account, please contact your Box account team or reach through box.com/pricing.
