I use BoxSync on my computer. Wanted to install BoxSync on my new computer but got this message "Failed to execute script main".

What should I do ?

Can you confirm if your computer meets the prerequisites stated in this article to be able to install and run Box Sync:

If you've made sure your device meets these requirements, please try to uninstall and reinstall Box sync app:

Hi France, 

I suddenly can't open Box Drive today. I tried to uninstall it but failed. It simply doesn't respond. I've followed your above instruction try to uninstall again but failed. Does it related to the bfd_main script? Any solution to get it to resume?
