Hi

I have several thousands files in my trash that I cant delete. Takes too long time and does never finish. Can you please empty my trash.

    Welcome to the Box Community! I’m happy to help.

    Are deleting these through Box Sync? 

    When you unsync a folder, you are only removing it from your computer ﹣ it remains in your Box account. When you take this action, Box Sync app will re-scan your contents that are synced on your computer to reflect the changes you made including unsyncing that folder from your machine.

    Basically, the folder should disappear on its own once Box Sync completed the unsync process.

    Hi!

    They are deleted with the Box API. Since I can’t empty my trash with the API I tried to do it at the website. But it does never complete. Wish I could change the 30-days retention time on my trash to 0.
