Dear Box Community,
I'm facing some issues when embedding educational videos from Box to our educational material. For some reason the filename is displayed at the top and there are additional black brackets on the side, regardless of what height, width or aspect ratio I set for the embedded video. Could you please help in resolving this? Please find a screencap of the issue below:

The available options to customize the Box Embed Widget are identified in our documentation here. Unfortunately, hiding those brackets on the side and the file name is not configurable.
If you have any product feature request or suggestions, we recommend you post your idea on pulse.box.com for more visibility. Our product team reviews all submissions and will consider whether to include feedback in their product roadmap.
