embed : content doesn't display

Hi,

I use embed code.

For example this one : 

<iframe src="https://app.box.com/embed/s/7zrs25quom3ocfgj2nwhe4pz7zusd9rf?sortColumn=date&view=list" width="500" height="200" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen webkitallowfullscreen msallowfullscreen></iframe>

Some people don't see the content in the window whether it is a PDF document or audio.

And so the person can't download the file either.

The person who has this problem uses Google Chrome on PC

How can I fix this?

    Can you make sure that the browser they use is not blocking third party cookies?
