Hi!

I’ve done this as well. 
 

When I went to verify the email, I clicked the button in my email and it sent me to a blank screen, not verifying my email. I tried to resend the link several times with the same result and no email verified. 
 

I then tried to reset my password, however when I try to sign in using my new credentials I receive an error message. 
 

Please help!
