I upgraded to a business account to enable email uploads, but the functionality is still not appearing under settings. Is there any further step I need to take? I have read the support forums on this topic, but it refers to options that are not showing up under settings for me.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
Make sure you've enabled Email Uploads in Enterprise Settings.
To check if Email Uploads is enabled:
- Log in via box.com and navigate to Admin Console> Enterprise Settings.
- Under Content & Sharing tab> Scroll down to Email Uploads and check 'Enable Email Uploads for all folders.'
Once you're done, please enable upload thorugh email.
