Email Notifications Stopped Working

Hello! When someone uploads a file to Box (via JS embed widget), email notifications to the co-owner has stopped working.

  1. I have read the "Troubleshooting Issues with Email Notifications" and can confirm that Box notification emails aren't getting stuck in our spam filter.
  2. I have received a test email notification triggered from the Admin Console.

Are there any other places I should check or is this still a known issue?

Running into a similar issue on our end. 

 

We have a folder with subfolders for each of our customers. We have the file request enabled and I have notifications set up on the root folder to receive email notifications when someone uploads to the root or a subfolder. We have been doing this for several years now. We have not changed any settings recently, but in the last few weeks, we have noticed that we are not receiving emails when customers upload files. Any help would be appreciated.

Same issue - looks like it stopped working back on June 12 or 13. I have a user who is not getting the email notification when they are tagged in a comment. Please help.

Please help. My email notifications also stopped on June 15. They're not going to spam and they aren't filtered.
