Email notifications not working despite checking all possible reasons

Hi, four months ago, my email notifications worked fine. Now they don't work at all. I have checked my junk mail, made Box a trusted contact, and double-checked my notification preferences in my account settings. The only thing left to check is whether I am on the Email on suppression list (have I ever been bounced?). Please could you check my hotmail address. If it is not on the suppression list, please could you advise of any other possible reasons? Thanks
