Email Notifications Have Stopped

I am trying to make some admin changes and am not getting the 6 digit codes sent to email. Can you help? Thanks in advance.

      Welcome to Box Community, and glad to assist with your Box login! 

       

      Upon checking, your Box account doesn’t have the Multi-Factor Authentication enabled for it to trigger the 6-digit codes during your login. By any chance, are you referring to another Box account different the one you logged in to the Box Community page? 

      If yes, please reach out to the Box Product Support team and submit your ticket here. Make sure to use the affected email address linked to your Box account.
