I am working on a multidisciplinary team where we are all from different organizations, they sent me a link to accept an invitation but it pulls up my homepage and I don't have access to the shared content.

Here's how to accept your pending invite(s) from your Box account. However, if there are no pending invitations from your Box account. They might have sent the invitation to a diffrerent email address.
Can you make sure that the invitation was sent to your email linked to your Box account?
