I'm trying to add 'personal information redacted' to my Box Starter plan associated with admin account 'personal information redacted'  It keeps saying "Email already used in a box account but not associated with an enterprise" and to contact support to resolve this, so here I am :)


(Also, I tried deleting the 'personal information redacted'  Box account and reactivating it hoping it would let me bypass this error, but alas, now it won't let me reactivate this account either. Please help...)
