I tried to add a user to our organization but received an error message:
"email already used in a box account but not associated with an enterprise". The user deleted their previous box account, but they still cannot be added.

Hello I am having the same issue and I’ve tried repeatedly to add the additional user, despite never having a box account with the corporate address and deleting his personal account, I still get error message that the corporate address exists in a box account. Can support please reach out on this?
