Hello!

 

I have been trying to add a user since Friday and it's giving me an error message:

 

"email already used in a box account but not associated with an enterprise"

 

The account has since been deleted and we received the notification confirming the deletion of the account to add them appropriately to our account.

 

Can you please assist?
