Would you please tell me to which email address our files have been sent since January 2023?  Neither my colleague nor myself are receiving them.

Is there any faster way to communicate with support?

    For us to dig deeper on this matter I suggest that you provide details on what you are trying to achieve?

    Are you the owner of these files? If you are the owner then you’d know who your collaborators are.

    Are part of this collaboration as an external user?

    What emails are you pertaining to that you are not receiving?
