email address no longer valid

Box has advised that my password needs to be reset on one of my other accounts. However my email address on this account is no longer valid.

So I cannot receive and access the link to reset my account

Is there another way I can restore this account.

    If you can’t access the email address associated with your Box account, we recommend either reaching out to your email service provider (ESP) to regain access to your email account or creating a new account. For additional guidance please review our support guide on Logging in to Box.

     

    Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to your email account. You will need access to the email address associated with your account to change your account password. We appreciate your cooperation in helping to protect your account against unauthorized access.
