I need to change my account email address following an employment change. How can I do that? There does not appear to be an option in the account settings.

Here's how you could easily change your primary email address.
- Log in to box.com and hover over to your Account profile in the upper right corner then Account Settings.
- Under Account Settings, in the Login and Email addresses section please add your new email as your secondary email.
- Click Link Personal Email.
- Enter a valid email address.
- Click Save.
An email verification will be sent to the address you entered. Click the verification link in the email to confirm and add the alternate email to you account.
To make a secondary email address your primary email address:
- Click Make Primary next to the email address you want as your primary email address.
