Hello. I need to update my default email address. I tried going to Account Settings --> Account --> Link Personal Email, I received an error message. I simply want to replace my old email address with my new email address.

Could you try to update your primary email address using your alternate browser? Please clear your cache and cookies if it didn't work.
Also, please make sure that your new email address is not yet linked to Box as you can only use your email address once on Box
