Hi, one of my client cannot receive BOX Signs or notifications from us because his email bounces. It is a valid email though. I see that others here asked to be removed from a bounce list?
I dont want to share his email in this open forum, so I'd be thankful for someone from support to contact me.

I am having the same problem. I have set up a trial file for colleagues to sign and it consistently gets bounced back from two of them. We all use Box frequently and within the same organisation, so I can't work out why the notification goes through for some but not for others.
Please could someone contact me to get this resolved.

Hello - same issue - one email account consistently bounces despite being a legitimate address within our organization. Would appreciate the ability to review and flush bounced addresses when appropriate, if possible, but either way I need assistance to be able to send Box Sign documents to one of our employees.

Hello - I am having this same issue. an external invitee keeps being told “email address is not valid” when trying to sign up and access our shared room.
