Email account was deleted, can no longer access my box account.

My registered email provider is no longer in service, so I can't receive the password reset link. Since my password has expired, I'm locked out. Can you help me log in with my old password or update my email address to a new one?

If you can’t access the email address associated with your Box account, we recommend either reaching out to your email service provider (ESP) to regain access to your email account or creating a new account. For additional guidance please review our support guide on Logging in to Box.

 

Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to your email account. You will need access to the email address associated with your account to change your account password. We appreciate your cooperation in helping to protect your account against unauthorized access.
