Situation: A user creates an App (or more specifically, a Server Authentication App Token app) which generates a Service Account ID.
Question: What happens to (a) the App and (b) files/folders shared with the Service Account ID if the user is deleted or inactivated?
Does the App live on or is it also deleted/inactivated with the creator account? What if collaborators are defined?

The application/service will not be deleted if the user/developer that created them is deleted, since the service account is a totally separate account. The collaborators don't change on the application either.
If you delete a user that created an app and no collaborators are attached - you'd have to reach out to support to add additional collaborators.
