Hello -- I used my institutional e-mail address to create a private box account years ago, and, now that my university utilizes Box for file sharing and other applications, I am unable to log in via my network credentials to get access to university-level stuff, and I don't have access via my private Box account despite it being linked to my .edu e-mail address automatically. When logging in via my university network credentials, it says its invalid.
Is there a way to switch my original account to one linked to my university credentials?
