I created a folder that I shared and gave Editor permission, however, anything he tries to upload fails to upload. It does not say he does not have permission, just does not upload. He can create folders but not drag and drop or upload files.

I understand that one of your collaborators are having issue with uploads. Has the user tried to upload using other browsers and tried connecting to a different network to see if that makes any difference?
This would be something our Box Support team would like to investigate with you and may require specific account information.

Hello: I am having a similar problem where a colleague whom I have given "Editor" access to for a folder in my account is trying to do so. he is receiving a message that he needs to upgrade his plan but it's my account so not sure if this is a change or a glitch. He's been uploading files to my Box account for several years now and this is a new issue that he has never experienced.
