Hello,

I have a professional subscription with 15 e-signature requests per month. If I do more without changing my package, is it possible? How much do you charge?

    Hi there,

    Welcome to Box Community!

Let me help with your Box Sign inquiry! Your maximum of 15 docs for e-sign monthly is a per Box package offering. Which means to increase your ability to sign documents per month kindly upgrade your Box account.

If upgrade is in consideration, kindly contact our Billing team via billing@box.com or open a ticket here.

    Thanks for posting!
